Andy & Jon Gordon are lifelong game fans and lifelong brothers, and it's tough to say which part has led to more disagreements. The Gordon brothers were living together in Orlando, FL when COVID-19 shutdowns meant spending entirely too much time stuck indoors with each other. Their immense collection of tabletop games proved to be their saving grace. Hours of playing together and debating mechanics inspired the brothers to finally create a game of their own.
Haven City Heroes combines Andy & Jon's passion for strategy games with their passion for classic comics. Players assume the role of superheroes patrolling a city densely packed with villains, natural disasters & other heroes looking to make a name for themselves. The first prototype was tested at Gen Con 2021 and Haven City Heroes will be live on Kickstarter in 2023. Once the first entry in the GoGo Games catalog is complete, the Gordon brothers are excited to continue playing & designing games for years to come.

Andy is GoGo Games' Chief Financial Officer, though he brings an eclectic mix of skills and experience to the Haven City design process. He studied the history of graphic novels while a student at Yale and went on to teach Intro to Popular Culture at Bowling Green State University for four semesters.
Prior to founding GoGo Games, he was the Business Manager and Head Coach for all YMCA water polo programs in Central Florida. While there he developed new methods to translate the sport for athletes as young as five. |
As Chief Creative Officer, Jon's passion for design and creativity have been essential to the foundation of GoGo Games. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a major in Creative Writing.
He is currently using his education and experience to bring the world of Haven City to life. Jon has spent the last five years working as a games retailer for local Orlando chains. He continues to play tabletop games at every opportunity, as well as judging and competing in sanctioned Magic: The Gathering tournaments. |
